The 1960's

The 60's were a time of change for our country and that change was reflected in the media as well.  Television began to address the REAL issues of life in their prime time shows.  We were morphing from the seperate beds of Ricky and Lucy to the single parent situations of My Three Sons and Family Affair.   Dianne Carroll starred in Julia, the story of an African-American single parent, an idea that was NEVER heard of on network television back then.
The shows were simply groundbreaking...AND being seen "in living color" as they used to say.   We hope you enjoy a look at the top 15 rated shows of the 1960's.  ENJOY!
